RADCO Residential, a leading full-service multifamily property management company with a robust presence throughout the Southeast, announced that Amie Robertshaw has been hired as Vice President, Client Services, to grow the company’s third-party services platform.

Based in Denver, Amie Robertshaw brings more than two decades of experience to her new role and has excelled in a variety of multifamily roles throughout her career. She previously served as Vice President of Client Services at Asset Living, where she refreshed internal processes for onboarding, offboarding, and due diligence while building and mentoring a dedicated Client Services team. Her efforts ensured a seamless and efficient experience for both clients and associates.

In addition to her role at Asset Living, Amie has held key positions at Capital Real Estate, LLC (now Avanti Residential), where she oversaw financial operations, budgeting, investor relations, and more. She is also a proud alumna of the University of Florida and just completed serving her second term as President of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver while contributing to the CAA Board.

“Amie is the ideal choice to help expand our third-party platform. We are thrilled to welcome her to the team.”

“RADCO Residential has quickly fostered a reputation as an industry leader in overseeing multifamily assets,” adds Ms. Robertshaw. “I am looking forward to working with the RADCO team to help deepen the breadth of the platform and generate new third-party property management opportunities for the growing brand as we look to expand into key markets throughout the Sunbelt and Midwest.”

RADCO Residential manages owned and third-party multifamily properties throughout the entire asset lifecycle including due diligence, acquisition, capital improvements, marketing strategy, value enhancement, and final disposition.

RADCO Residential is actively managing properties in three major U.S. markets with the majority based in the greater metro Atlanta region and the rest located in Florida and Alabama. RADCO Residential is expanding its property management services to other markets based on both the needs of clients and as the platform identifies new growth areas.
