The local seller selected the Berman Anguiano team of Robert Berman, Michael Anguiano, Daniel Shabsin, Jeremy DeMarco, and Joe Kahlhammer to represent them in the transaction.
Both buildings were fully occupied at the time of the sale. The Essex team procured multiple competitive offers for the properties after running a targeted marketing campaign and facilitating over a dozen property tours.
1401 W 80th was built in 1924 and features two studios and eleven two-bedroom units. The property is not pet-friendly. 7955 S Paulina was built in 1923 featured two one-bedroom units, ten two-bedroom units, and three three-bedroom units. The property is pet-friendly to cats only.
