Bender Companies, a vertically integrated multifamily investment firm, announced its acquisition of Arrive Town Center, located in Chicago’s elite northern suburb, Vernon Hills.
“There is a lot to like about Arrive Town Center,” said Founder Kurt Bender. “The large floor plans, strong demographics that Vernon Hills offers, and fantastic school district, to name a few. We see an opportunity to increase occupancy within the retail space and modernize the kitchens and bathrooms to bring more value to the residents and our investors.”
Conveniently positioned near commuter rails and major highways, Arrive Town Center provides easy access to Chicagoland and O’Hare International Airport. The property features large one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with floor plans averaging 1,200 square feet. These units include in-unit washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, large walk-in closets, and private balconies. Other notable on-site amenities include a resident lounge, fitness center, storage lockers, and a heated indoor parking garage. The property will undergo improvements and a rebranding, taking on the new name The Landing at Town Center.
Arrive Town Center is the firm’s 13th acquisition in Illinois since 2019, bringing Bender Companies’ total number of units owned in Illinois to over 2,800.
Bender Companies thanks JLL and their team, Kevin Girard, Zach Kaufman, and Bill Baumann, for their role in this acquisition.
