Jim Chapman Construction Group (JCCG), a build-to-rent general contractor, is pleased to announce it has signed a General Contractor’s agreement with a publicly traded REIT to develop and build The Cottages at Villa Rica, a 192-home rental community in Villa Rica, Georgia.

Residents of The Cottages at Villa Rica will have a variety of options to choose from. Three popular floorplans—Frisco, Richmond and Tulsa— will offer living spaces ranging from 1,020 to 1,466 square feet with primary suites on the main. These attached townhomes seamlessly blend contemporary design elegance with the traditional coziness of home.
The Tulsa plan is designed for those who value space and comfort. It offers three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a two-car garage, making it the biggest plan. To meet the demand for larger homes with two-car garages, 60% of the cottages will be the Tulsa home plan.

The Richmond is a smaller plan with two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a one-car garage. This home concentrates the living space in the rear of the house and is perfect for residents who want more privacy. Thirty percent of the cottages will be the Richmond plan.

The final 10% of the cottages will feature the Frisco plan, a two-bedroom, two-bath plan with a one-car garage. This plan includes a front porch, and all the living space is on the front of the unit, perfect for residents who want to be more social.
