Douglas Enclave provides on-site management and maintenance staff to meet the real-time needs of residents.
The building is extremely transit-friendly, as the property is located adjacent to a Coral Gables Trolley stop. University of Miami students who live at Douglas Enclave can hop on the trolley, take a quick ride along Douglas Avenue to a Metrorail station and get to campus two train stops later.
