The acquisition marks American Landmark’s 47th property in Texas and its second in the Austin-Red Rock region, signifying continued upside in the Lone Star State and increasing interest in the Austin area.

American Landmark Apartments, one of the fastest-growing multifamily owner-operators in the country, has acquired Alta Blue Goose, a 300-unit class A community to be renamed EightyOne 10 Blue Goose.

Located at 8110 Blue Goose Road, the property offers an array of amenities throughout its residences and common areas. Studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units include wood-style plank flooring, pearl granite countertops, washer/dryer, ceramic tile backsplash, and stainless-steel appliances.
