Lynd, a national real estate development and property management firm, announced the opening of the new clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center and other amenities at Potranco Commons, a 360-unit luxury rental community on San Antonio’s Far West Side.

For example, tall, nearly floor-to-ceiling windows and stylish oversized chandeliers call attention to the soaring ceilings in the approximately $2 million, 11,000-square-foot clubhouse, which includes a residential lounge with a community kitchen, coffee bar and plush upholstered furnishings around a double-sided fireplace clad with quartzite in a graphic book-match pattern that creates a striking focal point; a fitness center and yoga studio, both with expansive windows overlooking the lush landscaping; and rentable storage units as well as a 24/7 mail/package room. Residents have access to numerous outdoor amenities, including a volleyball court, resort-style swimming pool with private poolside cabanas and soft seating, playground and bark park.
As with other premier Lynd rental communities, including Culebra Commons and The Josephine in San Antonio and The Villas at Tuttle Royale in West Palm Beach, Fla., residents and employees of Potranco Commons can take advantage of free on-site fitness and yoga classes, an example of Lynd’s commitment to wellness. In addition, a resident DJ is available to play music on the swimming pool deck during select community events.
The centrally located clubhouse complements the community’s 15 three-story buildings, which are clad with brick accented by stucco and wood-like fiber cement siding. The buildings include a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts ranging in size from 541 to 1,355 square feet, with market-rate residences starting at $1,181 per month.

Lynd is serving as property manager for Potranco Commons while Hasen Construction is building the project, with San Antonio Housing Facility Corp., an entity of Opportunity Home San Antonio, working in partnership with Bartlett as a general contractor.
