Woodfield’s history as a development firm is deeply rooted in the Carolinas. The Ames represents Charleston-based Woodfield Development’s seventeenth development in South Carolina, having delivered over 4,300 units totaling over $1 billion in the state over the past 15 years. Having announced leasing in February, the response to The Ames has been nothing short of extraordinary, with over 50% of the community leased.
