Landmark Properties, a fully-integrated real estate firm announces the delivery of The Metropolitan Tallahassee. The Metropolitan Tallahassee is a 702-bed, 217-unit mid-rise student housing development.

The project, a partnership between Landmark Properties and Atlantic American Partners will commence move-ins this month. Welcoming students for the 2024-2025 academic year. Serving students attending area universities including Florida State University, Florida A&M University and Tallahassee Community College. The Metropolitan Tallahassee is 0.5 miles from the west side of the university’s campus, offering quick access to athletic and academic facilities.

Designed by Dwell Design Studio, with Landmark Construction, the in-house construction arm of Landmark Properties, serving as general contractor, The Metropolitan Tallahassee offers a range of two- to four-bedroom units across five floors.

The Metropolitan Tallahassee provides residents with fully furnished apartments that are pre-wired for high-speed internet and cable. Apartments feature stainless-steel appliances and quartz countertops, as well as in-unit laundry. The building offers resort-style amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool, jumbotron, outdoor recreation and grilling areas, a gaming lawn, putting green, and fitness center. Study centers and onsite parking are also available to residents. Additionally, a number of dining, retail and entertainment options for residents are nearby.

In addition to The Metropolitan, Landmark owns and operates three other properties in the market. Other properties including The Standard at Tallahassee, The Nine at Tallahassee, and Saga Tallahassee. The company is currently under construction on The Mark Tallahassee.
