Opening to residents in August 2024, the five-story residential community was designed by Niles Bolton Associates with Landmark Construction, the in-house construction arm of Landmark Properties, serving as general contractor.

The Metropolitan Tampa offers a mix of studios to four-bedroom units, catering to the growing demand for top-tier, well-located student apartments. Just 0.2 miles from the University of South Florida’s campus, the building offers quick access to the university’s athletic and academic facilities. At time of delivery, The Metropolitan Tampa leads the market in terms of preleased occupancy.

The Metropolitan Tampa provides residents with fully furnished student housing apartments that are pre-wired for high-speed internet and cable. Apartments feature stainless-steel appliances and quartz countertops, hardwood-style flooring, and in-unit laundry. The building offers resort-style amenities such as an outdoor rooftop swimming pool, jumbotron, grilling areas, a gaming lawn, two courtyards, and a comprehensive fitness center. Study centers and onsite parking are also available to residents. Additionally, a number of dining, retail and entertainment options for residents are nearby. The property also features 1,700 square feet of ground floor retail space.
