Alliance Residential Co., one of the largest multifamily developers in the nation, closed on 47.58 acres of land located at 1750 Highway 155 South in McDonough, Georgia, for the development of The Weldon By Broadstone, a 330-unit apartment community.
Located off I-75 and 30 miles south of downtown Atlanta, The Weldon is positioned within South Atlanta’s rapidly expanding industrial corridor, one of the city’s hottest industrial markets and offers the corridor’s growing labor base the opportunity of living proximate to the numerous distribution and e-commerce hubs.

Unit finishes will include a premium Samsung stainless steel appliance package, side-by-side- washer and dryers, oversized kitchen islands with quartz countertops, ample storage including walk-in closets and kitchen and linen pantries and plank flooring throughout. Community amenities will feature a lush courtyard with grilling stations, resort-style saltwater pool, a mid-century inspired resident clubroom with entertainment kitchen, 24-hour fitness center and mailroom featuring a Luxer One package concierge.
“The Weldon continues Alliance’s growth throughout the state of Georgia and will introduce a modern living option in a tremendously convenient location” said Noah Randall, managing director at Alliance Residential. “We are pleased to support the significant growth of the industrial market in Henry County”
