Tinkelman Architecture’s luxury apartment building 44 Springside Avenue celebrated its grand opening and securement of its Certificate of Occupancy with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The event spotlighted the five-story luxury building with stunning views, superb amenities and other customized features to appeal to today’s work-from-home lifestyle.

The ribbon-cutting celebration, orchestrated by the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce, was heavily attended by elected officials, community business leaders, local dignitaries, neighbors and others.
