Avison Young announced that the Sauter Multifamily Group, comprised of Principals Patrick Sauter, Art Carll-Tangora, Steve Nosrat and Michael Albanese based in the firm’s Las Vegas office closed the $45.5 million sale ($174,330 per unit) of Cascade Apartments located at 1100 North Center Street in Henderson, Nevada.
Avison Young’s Sauter Multifamily team are pleased to have represented the buyer, Prism Multifamily Group, and the seller, 3D Investments, to facilitate the transaction of Cascade Apartments.
Carll-Tangora stated, “Based on our team’s experience and close relationships with both buyer and seller, we were successful in completing this on-market transaction through a volatile rate market coupled with tightened agency requirements. The buyer plans to complete a property renovation plan and capitalize on a growing Henderson market.”
Located in the Valley View submarket in Henderson, Cascade Apartments consists of 261-unit apartment units on just over 10 acres along Center Street and East of Warm Springs Road.
