Greenlight Communities, a Valley-based developer committed to providing attainable housing for Arizona’s median earners, is pleased to announce the promotion of Brian Spetman to Vice President of Project Management.
Brian Spetman’s promotion reflects Greenlight’s continued growth since its inception in 2018.
Joining Greenlight as a Project Manager in 2022 and was promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2023, Brian Spetman brings over 15 years of experience in residential, commercial, and multifamily construction. Throughout his career, he has successfully overseen the completion of over $200 million in developments. His expertise and leadership have been pivotal in driving growth and success within Greenlight.
