Kidder Mathews Promotes Linda Fairchild, RPA® to EVP of Operations for Asset Services

In this role, she will oversee operations, quality control, and service delivery for the division. Fairchild has also joined Kidder Mathews' strategic planning committee and serves as one of five women on the firm’s 10-member executive leadership team.

Kidder Mathews is pleased to announce that Linda Fairchild, RPA® has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Operations for Asset Services.

Linda Fairchild has over 25 years of experience in third-party property management, development, and owner-managed properties. She joined Kidder Mathews in 2012 and has since advanced to various leadership roles. Fairchild is highly regarded in the industry for her professionalism and exceptional service and has earned the prestigious Real Property Administrator (RPA®) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute.

Despite the current challenges in commercial real estate, Kidder Mathews is seeing record numbers in its Asset Services group. The division marked its highest revenue to date in the last year and now manages more than 55 million square feet of space across nearly 800 assets, serving 260+ clients.
