Landmark Properties, a fully-integrated real estate firm specializing in the development, construction, investment management, and operation of high-quality residential communities, announces the launch of The Standard at Eugene, a 703-bed, 247-unit student housing development at 435 E. Broadway in Eugene, Oregon.
The Standard at Eugene is Landmark’s first student housing community near the University of Oregon, just steps from the campus and a quick walk from the thriving Market District and Downtown Eugene. The property has more than 265,000 square feet of residential space in a mix of studio to five-bedroom units.
“We look forward to welcoming students to The Standard at Eugene ahead of the 2024-2025 academic year,” said Wes Rogers, President and CEO of Landmark Properties. “It’s important that the University of Oregon’s student body of nearly 24,000 undergraduate and graduate students has access to off-campus housing proximate to campus that sets them up for personal and educational success. I’m appreciative of the construction and property management teams that have delivered this project on-time and fully leased for the Fall term.”
The Standard at Eugene features furnished apartments that are pre-wired for high-speed internet and cable. Apartments come with stainless-steel appliances and quartz countertops, hardwood-style flooring, and in-unit laundry. The building has an array of resort-style amenities such as an outdoor rooftop swimming pool, jumbotron and grilling areas, as well sections with hammocks and cabanas. A comprehensive fitness center offers access to an Isawall, indoor rock climbing wall and other wellness features. An academic lounge and private study rooms, a resident club and game room, plus onsite parking are also provided to residents. Additionally, a number of dining, retail and entertainment options are nearby.
The community is Landmark Properties’ second development in Oregon. Landmark delivered The Retreat at Corvallis, near Oregon State University, in Fall 2015. Additionally, Landmark acts as third-party manager for Sierra Student Apartments which is also near Oregon State University.
