Enterprise Community Development Lands $116M for Maryland Housing Projects: The Greens at Irvington Mews, Park Heights Place, and College Parkway Place

Enterprise Community Development, Inc., has closed on $116.4 million in financing for three affordable housing communities for families, seniors, and formerly homeless veterans in Maryland. The communities include The Greens at Irvington Mews, Park Heights Place, and College Parkway Place.

These properties include College Parkway Place in Annapolis, Anne Arundel County, and The Greens at Irvington Mews Ⅱ and Park Heights Place, both located in Baltimore City. Collectively, the developments will create or preserve 313 affordable housing units.

College Parkway Place, located at 570 Bellerive Drive, consists of 170 apartments, including 137 one-bedroom and 33 two-bedroom units. College Parkway Place is a high-rise family community with one and two-bedroom apartment homes, suited for any lifestyle. Enjoy apartment amenities including wall-to-wall carpeting, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, pantry and linen closets, and a patio/ balcony, perfect for entertaining guests. Residents have access to the computer room, fitness center, outdoor seating, playground, on-site laundry room, and community clubhouse. Enjoy convenient local shopping, coveted school districts, and educational opportunities at Anne Arundel Community College, employment, and service. The US Naval Academy is a short drive from the community.

The Greens at Irvington Mews Ⅱ, a new construction project located at 4300 Frederick Avenue, will add 59 apartments for independent seniors and older adults.

Park Heights Place located at 5430 Park Heights Avenue, will undergo rehabilitation of its 84-apartment building. Park Heights Place is an affordable senior community. Our apartments are designed with your comfort and convenience in mind, and we offer 1- and 2-bedroom homes complete with full bath or stall bathrooms with grab bars, beautiful kitchens and carpeted bedrooms. Amenities include monthly bingo, a movie room, a coin-operated laundry room, a lending library, a gated courtyard and a beautiful landscape. You can enjoy easy access to public transportation, as well as a free monthly shuttle service to shopping malls, museums and grocery stores.
