The Oliver is part of the first phase of The Central, a 27-acre mixed-use development in the heart of Dallas, which offers 351 luxury apartment homes adjacent to an expansive park framed by a collection of retail offerings. At full buildout The Central, led by De La Vega Development, will feature over 4 million square feet of office, residential, and retail space, along with a central park.

StreetLights Residential, a Dallas-based, design-focused developer of luxury multifamily and mixed-use communities, and Mitsui Fudosan America (MFA), the U.S. subsidiary of Japan’s largest real estate company, Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd., are now leasing The Oliver in Dallas.

“Our vision for The Oliver was to create a sophisticated living space that blends modern amenities with the vibrant lifestyle of Dallas,” said Greg Coutant, StreetLights’ senior vice president of development. “The Oliver’s elegant interiors and extensive amenities are designed to provide a new standard for luxury living and flow seamlessly into the adjacent greenspace and retail offerings.”

The Oliver offers various floorplans, from studios to two-bedroom units, ranging from 585 to 1,830 square feet. Each apartment home features carefully crafted interiors with quartz countertops, designer tile finishes, gas appliances, built-in speakers, and under-cabinet beverage fridges. Select units include an integrated Fabita cooktop, smart Fabita cooking appliances, elaborate trim molding, 8-foot doorways, custom lighting, and extensive private terraces that enjoy breathtaking views of the Dallas skyline.

The Oliver’s amenities include a luxurious lounge with a sculpture feature wall, a custom coffee bar with a Starbucks coffee machine, a large co-working space with private co-working offices, and bike storage with a tool kit station. Pet owners have access to a dog wash station with high and low wash basins, a blow dry station, and a private, covered dog park. The outdoor pool lounge offers a luxurious catering kitchen and grand fireplace. The fitness space includes a separate weights area, a flex fitness space designed for yoga and Pilates with an Echelon Reflect mirror and TV, a fitness patio, and cardio and elliptical equipment.

Located in the East Village, The Oliver is only steps away from several popular Dallas neighborhoods including Uptown, West Village, Knox/Henderson, Deep Ellum, and downtown, all of which are centrally located to abundant employment opportunities and retail destinations, along with convenient access to several major highways and Dallas Love Field Airport.
