Waterton Acquires 427-unit 903 Peachtree in Atlanta’s Midtown Neighborhood

The acquisition brings Waterton’s current multifamily holdings in the Atlanta metro area to 3,026 units under management.

Waterton, a national real estate investor and operator, announced it will expand its presence in Atlanta with the acquisition of 903 Peachtree, a 427-unit high-rise rental community in the city’s Midtown neighborhood.

With proximity to the Downtown Connector (I-75/85), various public transportation options and both the Georgia Tech and Georgia Institute of Technology campuses, the 32-story building is well-suited for a variety of renter profiles.

Located at 903 Peachtree Street NE, the community is steps away from the retail, dining and cultural attractions of the Midtown neighborhood, including the many green spaces of the 185-acre Piedmont Park, Atlanta’s largest urban park and community space. Additionally, the property is proximate to the Belt Line, a 22-mile loop of trails and parks projected to be completed in 2030, and the popular Ponce City Market, with its myriad retail, dining and entertainment options including a rooftop amusement park.

903 Peachtree was completed in 2022 and features over 46,000 square feet of resort-style indoor and outdoor amenities. Amenities include a rooftop pool and lounge area, grilling stations, private cabanas and fire pits. Indoors, residents enjoy a sauna and massage room, yoga studio, demonstration kitchen, recreation lounge and game room, screening room, co-working lounge, pet spa and dog run, bicycle storage and an expansive lobby and concierge level.
