Global Real Estate Advisors represented the seller in the transaction, 29SC RN Property Owner, LLC, who sold the asset to Sandy Springs Residences II, LLC, a New York-based firm. Chandler Brown, Cory Caroline Sams and Taylor Brown of Global Real Estate Advisors managed the sale.
Located at 100 Greyfield Lane, Aqua Sandy Springs is a 2000/1985-built Class-A multifamily asset. The property features 219 units, including 159 units built in 2000 and 60 condo-quality units built in 1985. The property offers one, two and three-bedroom floorplans, with 70 percent being two-bedroom “roommate style” units.
The property’s strategic location within Atlanta’s Martini Glass Corridor enhances its appeal. It is also minutes from Perimeter Center, Downtown Roswell and Alpharetta’s Technology Corridor.
