Located at 8555 E Raintree Drive, the complex sits on a three-acre site in the popular North Scottsdale submarket. Leasing is underway, and the first residents moved into the building earlier this summer.

High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, and its JV Partner, PGIM Real Estate, announced that construction is complete at Huxley Scottsdale, a 192-unit multifamily development in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Huxley Scottsdale offers a mix of floorplans, including studio to two-bedroom units. Many apartments feature mountain views and work-from-home nooks, as well as shaker cabinets, smart appliances and in-unit washer/dryers, balconies and expansive ground-floor patios with desert-landscaping, 9-11-foot ceilings, walk-in closets, bathrooms with tubs and large walk-in showers, dedicated linen closets, and secured access from parking to each unit.

Residents at Huxley Scottsdale have access to a robust amenity collection, including, a fifth-floor Skylounge with sweeping mountain views and BBQ grills; a large outdoor pet park, as well as an indoor pet spa; a hidden speakeasy with wet bar; game room; a catering kitchen with a private dining space; pool and spa with an outdoor lanai; work-from-home suites and conference rooms with a Miele coffee bar and RO filtered tap system; a concierge-staffed lobby; a fitness and yoga studio; multiple lounge and seating areas throughout property; and dedicated mail and package rooms.

The property provides immediate access to Loop-101, Interstate 10, and SR-51, access to shopping and entertainment at Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter, and multiple resorts, hotels, and golf courses, such as the TPC Scottsdale golf course, home of the WM Phoenix Open.
