Kellie Sambrano’s promotion augments FirstService Residential’s continued investment in partnering with community builders, landowners, high-rise developers, and investment companies in planning and delivering new residential communities.
She brings over 20 years of experience in community management operations, working with national and local builders, developers, and association boards. Her expertise includes implementing governance modeling, financial tools, Division of Real Estate (DRE) budget preparation, as well as amenity activation and staff planning.
