CBRE represented the seller, an affiliate of Bluerock Real Estate Holdings, LLC, a New York, NY-based real estate investment firm. The team also procured the buyer, a fund advised by Bell Partners, a Greensboro, NC-based real estate investment firm.
Built in 2018, Quinn35 is comprised of 4 four-story residential buildings and 1 three-story residential building. Community amenities include a 2nd floor community space with conference room, outdoor heated pool, fitness center, private garages, and a dog park.
Quinn35 is located adjacent to Lakeway Commons a Whole Foods -anchored retail center with numerous restaurants/shops including Burtons Grill, Starbucks, and Tavern in the Square. Additionally, the property is strategically located in the Metro West employment market with easy access to I-90 & I-290 as well as UMass Memorial Hospital and Chan Medical School.
