Bowar, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Seehafer Apartments, and procured the buyer, Koble Investments.
The property features two 12-unit apartment buildings at 1212-1214 Mosinee Avenue with a mix of one- and two-bedroom floor plans. The 24,168-square-foot property was built in 1975 and completely remodeled in 2024 with a new roof, flooring, cabinetry and plumbing.
