Berkadia announced the successful sale of PW Shoe Loft Apartments, a boutique, mixed-use multifamily property situated in the heart of Midtown St. Louis, near the campus of St. Louis University.
Managing Directors Andrea Kendrick and Ken Aston and Senior Director Bobby Mills of Berkadia St. Louis led the transaction on behalf of the seller, Missouri-based Ridgehouse Companies.
PW Shoe Loft Apartments sold to St. Louis–based PWS Lofts, LLC on October 18, who was represented by Drew Clary, Principal at Intelica. The property offers a unique blend of residential and retail space (home to Fieldhouse Pub & Grill), catering to the dynamic needs of the community. Its ideal location, coupled with modern amenities, ensures it remains a highly desirable property in the Midtown landscape.
“The sale of PW Shoe Lofts underscores the ongoing momentum occurring in the Midtown area, and St. Louis’ central corridor as a whole,” said Mills. “Midtown St. Louis serves as a key component in the continuous efforts to connect each pocket in St. Louis’ central corridor, from Downtown to the Central West End. The sale price we achieved is a strong testament to the optimism investors have in our city despite how it is often portrayed in the media.”
