Landmark Properties Partners with Stockbridge to Acquire The Retreat at Tampa in Florida

The 107-unit, 416-bed student housing property is a cottage-style community across the street from the southern edge of the University of South Florida (“USF”) campus.

Landmark Properties, a fully-integrated real estate firm specializing in the development, construction, acquisition, investment management, and operation of high-quality residential communities, has partnered with Stockbridge, a real estate investment management firm, to acquire The Retreat at Tampa at 11326 N. 46th Street in Tampa, Florida.

Built in 2017 by Landmark Properties, The Retreat at Tampa includes two-, three- and four-bedroom floorplans with private bathrooms. Each fully furnished residence features an in-unit washer/dryer, hardwood-style flooring and a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, undermount sinks and premium cabinetry.
