Novare Group and Batson-Cook Development Company (BCDC) have broken ground on a 271-unit garden-style residential community in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Located at 962 Mabry Hood Road, the property is on the corner of Dutchtown Road, less than a half-mile from Route 162 and Interstate 40. Its prime location, just minutes from downtown Knoxville, provides convenient access to major employers, including Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Covenant Health, Knox County Schools and the University of Tennessee.
