Slippery Hill, Phase II features a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes and townhouses for families earning between 30% and 50% of the area’s median income.
Amenities of the entire complex include fitness centers, eco-friendly electric vehicle charging stations, and a scenic ¾-mile walking trail. Key features include quality finishes, including hardwood-style flooring and efficient appliances.
