The Charlotte market assignments include the BTR communities Abode at Reid’s Cove and Abode at Greenway, each comprising 95 and 90 units, respectively.
The assignments, totaling over 450 units, include a mix of build-to-rent (BTR) communities and traditional multifamily properties in Charlotte, North Carolina. Both Abode at Greenway and Abode at Reid’s Cove are owned by Edgewater Ventures and reflect RKW’s ongoing leadership in the BTR sector, where the firm has been a pioneer since consulting on its first project in 2018.
Additionally, RKW is expanding its relationship with Welltower through the management of Axis Berewick, a 266-unit traditional multifamily property in Charlotte. This marks the third partnership with Welltower, joining Solis Midtown and Solis Millennium.
