Jacobs and Royce Emerson, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Birmingham office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Chase Park Alabama, LLC, and procured the buyer, Atlantic Companies.

Located at 2421 Chase Park Drive, Chase Park offers a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans across 102,198 rentable square feet. Built in 2004, the property sits on 11.09 acres near AL-15, less than five miles north of downtown Montgomery.
