Landmark Properties, a fully-integrated real estate firm specializing in the development, construction, acquisition, investment management, and operation of high-quality residential communities, announced the appointment of Nikko Politis as Senior Director of Multifamily Acquisitions.
This strategic hire signals Landmark’s continued expansion into the multifamily sector, building upon the company’s unparalleled success in student housing and leveraging its significant investment in infrastructure.

Nikko Politis brings 15 years of experience in real estate investment and capital markets to Landmark, spanning acquisitions, development, asset management and fundraising. Since 2010, he has participated in more than 70 transactions with an aggregate value over $9 billion.

Prior to joining Landmark Properties, Nikko held leadership roles at The Calida Group, BMC Investments, Ascentris, Jamestown, and Starwood Capital Group, where he was responsible for the acquisition, financing, asset management, portfolio management, and disposition of real estate investments across the United States and Latin America. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
