BWE Investment Sales has successfully concluded the sale of a freestanding memory care facility in Suwanee, Georgia. The property was previously known as Peachtree Villa at Suwanee. The 42-unit facility offers nearly 30K square feet of interior space, it sits on 2.991 acres, and was built in 2013.
At the time of the sale, Peachtree Villa at Suwanee was not in operation. The buyer will renovate the property for an alternative use. The closing took place on December 30, 2024.
The transaction was handled by Charley Bissell, Senior Vice President for BWE Investment Sales and was facilitated via a CREXI auction. This closing marks the 7th memory care community sold by Bissell over the past 24 months on behalf of a Midwest-based alternative investment firm. Previous transactions included properties in Flower Mound, TX; San Antonio, TX; Missouri City, TX; Naples, FL; Stockbridge, GA, and Alpharetta, GA.
