Developed by 13th Floor Investments, the $89 million Parks at Hallandale, located at Pembroke Road and North Federal Highway, spans 15.5 acres and will feature 398 market-rate and workforce apartments in five-story buildings, along with 6,500 square feet of ground-floor retail.
