ARK Homes For Rent™, one of the country’s leading single-family rental (SFR) and build-to-rent (BTR) home operators, announces the opening of its new Atlanta office, which will welcome both new hires and existing staff.
As part of its strategic plan, ARK Homes For Rent has brought on Andy Wu to fill a newly created role as the Senior Vice President, Head of Acquisitions. Andy will work closely with the executive team to help guide ARK’s future as the firm seeks opportunities for growth. Andy has over a decade of experience working within the real estate, investing, and acquisitions industry, including his latest role as the Vice President of Acquisitions at ResiBuilt, where he was heavily involved with all aspects of land acquisitions with a specific focus on build-to-rent properties.

The Atlanta office will also be home to Chief Financial Officer Wendy W. Gill‘s team which includes several new hires who will each play an important role in the department responsible for accounting, reporting, compliance, budgeting, treasury, tax, and more.

The ARK Homes For Rent Atlanta office, located at 4401 Northside Parkway NW, Suite 250, Atlanta, GA 30327, will serve as a hub for almost two dozen employees, including some of the senior leadership team and divisions such as Asset Management, Investment & Acquisition, and Accounting. The new Atlanta office complements the company’s office in Florida, where the balance of its corporate staff is based.
