National developer Fifield Cos. is welcoming its first residents to Avida Aventura, Aventura’s newest luxury 266-unit apartment community at 19401 W. Dixie Highway.

Offering studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, apartments at Avida range from 470 to 1,400 square feet with rents starting at $2,200. Overlooking the Miami skyline, Avida’s 20,000-square-foot rooftop amenity deck offers a resort-style heated pool, as well as a sauna and spa. The dedicated co-working area features a variety of seating and privacy options, from enclosed offices and conference rooms to multiple booths and tables in the open-plan section of the space.
One of Avida’s most popular attributes is its convenient location near the new Brightline station, with a sub-30-minute commute to downtown Miami and Fort Lauderdale. The building is also across from Aventura Mall, offering 2.7 million square feet of retail, fitness and dining options, including tenants like Apple, Nordstrom, Equinox and Hermes. Avida was designed by MSA Architects, with ID & Design International handling interior design and Current Builders serving as general contractor. Capital partners with Fifield Cos. on Avida include CrowdStreet, an online real estate investing platform, Chilean real estate development firm Sencorp and Bank OZK.
In the Miami area, Fifield Cos. is also under construction on Wynwood Station, an eight-story, mixed-use residential building at 45 NE 27th Street in the Wynwood neighborhood. The building will include 210 apartments, nearly 10,000 square feet of retail space and a pedestrian paseo. Wynwood Station is scheduled for delivery in the second quarter of 2025.
