Center Park Group, a leading general contractor specializing in innovative multifamily and build-to-rent (BTR) developments across the Southeast, is thrilled to announce its continued expansion in 2025, now having 19 BTR communities underway and more than 2000 units in various stages of development and construction.

The Center Park Group team is led by Esposito, who has over 20 years of experience in the production homebuilding industry. His career started with MI Homes, delivering high-quality homes in the Charlotte, North Carolina metro. He later joined the Eastwood Homes group, where he honed his skills in managing land acquisition, land development, and larger-scale homebuilding operations.
With a desire to create adaptable, community-focused housing solutions throughout the Charleston market, Center Park Homes was founded as a traditional for-sale homebuilding company in 2017. Following some initial success, CP Builder Services was launched to offer fee-build development and construction management services to the multifamily development community navigating into the SFR/BTR space. By 2023, Center Park Group was established as the parent company for both Center Park Homes and CP Builder Services, unifying the two entities under one brand.
Center Park Group has expanded beyond traditional homebuilding to pioneer a ‘resimercial’ model, pulling best practices from both commercial and residential construction operations. With a team of more than 65 talented professionals, they have now become a market leader across the Southeast, with active projects in Wilmington and Charlotte, North Carolina; Charleston and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; and Atlanta, Georgia, alongside a strategic expansion into Raleigh and Tampa.
