Residential hospitality operator Sentral has added Sentral Gaslamp Quarter, a luxury building with 135 designer-furnished apartments available for any length of stay. The property is jointly owned by Elevate Investment Partners and ESI Ventures.
Situated two blocks from Petco Park and slated to open in March, Sentral Gaslamp Quarter will provide hotel-style amenities including valet, an on-site food and beverage offering, rooftop terrace, fitness center and around-the-clock front desk staff. Guests and residents can choose from studio or one-bedroom units, many with balconies or lofts.
