Vertical construction for Haven at Wild Wing is slated to start in mid-February, following the completion of water and sewer infrastructure. The first units are expected to deliver by September 2025, offering residents access to high-quality homes in an amenity-rich neighborhood.
The community will feature two distinct floor plans to accommodate diverse resident needs. The first plan offers three bedrooms, a one-car garage and 1,504 square feet of living space, while the second plan offers four bedrooms, a two-car garage and 1,737 square feet. Both designs reflect Center Park Group’s commitment to delivering spacious, thoughtfully crafted homes that blend comfort and functionality.
Center Park Group is managing the amenity build as well, which includes the leasing office, pool and fitness center.
Haven at Wild Wing is the latest in a growing list of successful projects Center Park Group has served as general contractor for Maymont Homes. Previous collaborations include Liberty Hall in Goose Creek, South Carolina and Hanahan Commons in Hanahan, South Carolina. The partnership is currently building homes at Surfside Retreat in Myrtle Beach, with plans to begin vertical construction soon at Banton Village in Navassa, North Carolina.
