GMF Group, a vertically-integrated real estate investment firm based in Palm Beach, Florida, is pleased to announce the appointment of Hunter Baraldi as Acquisitions Associate.
In his new role at GMF Group, Hunter will support the firm’s due diligence, underwriting, financing, and closing processes for new acquisitions. Before joining GMF Group, Hunter served as Senior Investment Analyst at KeyCity Capital, where he led efforts in new acquisitions, development, recapitalizations, refinancings, asset management, and dispositions of multifamily, mixed-use, and suburban office properties across the Sunbelt. He also played a key role in securing entitlements and managing the lease-up strategy for new development projects.
Hunter Baraldi holds a BBA in Finance and International Business from George Washington University.
