Cushman & Wakefield announced that Sean Holamon has joined the firm as an Executive Director working with Cushman & Wakefield’s Multifamily Capital Markets Team in Colorado.
Based in Denver, Holamon will be partnering with other leading multifamily sales professionals Kevin Phelan also in Cushman & Wakefield’s Denver office and Pat Knowlton in the firm’s Colorado Springs office.
Holamon will report to Steve Schwab, Managing Principal of Cushman & Wakefield’s Colorado, Utah and Idaho offices who said, “We are thrilled to welcome Sean aboard as a proven multifamily professional who has combined in-depth market knowledge and strategic insight to deliver exceptional results for his clients throughout his career. Holamon comes to Cushman & Wakefield from Capstone Companies in Austin, Texas and prior at Capstone’s offices in Denver. During his career, Holamon has facilitated over 150 multifamily transactions, representing over $1 billion in volume. Recognized as Capstone Colorado’s “Top Multifamily Broker” in 2020, Sean continues to excel in delivering value and guiding clients toward informed, profitable decisions.
Prior to his brokerage career, Sean managed a portfolio of 400+ rental properties, gaining hands-on expertise in fair housing, eviction processes, real estate law, property management, and financing. This comprehensive foundation equips him to provide clients with unmatched insights and support.
