With over 30 years of experience, Leyvas specializes in multifamily investment sales — including affordable and senior housing, residential land development, condo conversions, and 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.
Over the course of his career, he has closed more than $4 billion in sales volume. In 1997, he co-founded Premier Apartment Advisors, a boutique investment sales firm, after holding leadership roles at Moison Investment Company and Grubb & Ellis.

Some of his notable transactions the 1,100-unit Palm Valley Portfolio in San Jose, 634-unit Silvery Towers in Downtown San Jose, 270-unit Essex Tower in Oakland, 368-unit Emerald Park Apartments in Dublin, and 425-unit EmeryBay Club Condominiums in Emeryville.
