EAH Housing Expands Leadership Team, Names Kasey Archey as Senior Vice President, Real Estate Management

In this role, Kasey Archey will oversee EAH Housing’s property management department, ensuring the well-being and viability of the organization’s affordable housing assets in California and Hawai’i.

EAH Housing, one of the largest and most respected nonprofit housing development and management organizations in the Western United States, announced the appointment of Kasey Archey as Senior Vice President, Real Estate Management.

With over three decades of experience in multifamily and affordable housing, Kasey Archey is well-versed in strategic planning, community operations, supervision, housing policy, and advocacy. Her industry expertise and leadership will strengthen management services and operational efficiency across EAH Housing’s portfolio, and the numerous properties managed on behalf of private companies, governmental entities, and other nonprofits and organizations.

Archey’s appointment reflects EAH Housing’s ongoing commitment to strengthening its team to support a robust portfolio and pipeline of projects, including several upcoming groundbreakings in Los Angeles. Additionally, several rehabilitation projects and grand openings across California and Hawai‘i are slated for later this year, with more new developments spanning into 2026.

Before joining EAH Housing, Archey held resident services and property management leadership positions. As Senior Vice President of Property Management for MidPen Housing, she was responsible for the overall operations and supervision of over 9,000 units across 150-plus affordable housing communities. During her time with Eden Housing as Vice President of Property Operations, she administered the operational activities of Eden Housing Management. She oversaw over 400 employees across its property management, resident services, compliance, and facilities departments. Additionally, she was responsible for financial reporting, government and community engagement, capital improvement initiatives, special needs programs, and leasing across her previous roles.

Archey attended Dillard University in New Orleans, LA, where she received a B.S. in Business Administration. She has long been committed to positively impacting the lives of low-income families through housing opportunities. She has held leadership positions with various professional organizations, including the Nonprofit Housing Association of Northern California (NPH) and the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA). She is a recipient of Multi-Housing News’ 2021 Pandemic Hero Gold Award.
