Clearwater Living®, a real estate and property management company dedicated to the ownership, operation, and development of high-quality senior living communities, announced the opening of its information center for The Leonard on Beverly, a 100-unit luxury independent living, assisted living and memory support community in the Beverly Grove neighborhood of Los Angeles. Clearwater expects to welcome new residents in fall of 2025.

Located at 8070 W. Beverly Boulevard, the seven-story community will have 100 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments for independent living, assisted living, memory care and short-term stays. Clearwater’s five-star, resort-style living amenities will include a movie theater, expansive rooftop terrace with sweeping views, a main restaurant, private dining space and exhibition kitchen with occasional live cooking demonstrations. The development also includes 7,000 square feet of medical office space on the ground floor, as well as a 6,000-square-foot synagogue.
Clearwater’s communities provide residents with access to a licensed nurse onsite, 24-hour compassionate care partners, medication coordination and other comprehensive care services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech-language pathology through their collaboration with EmpowerMe Wellness company.
