Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a leading commercial real estate developer, is expanding its team in Austin, Texas with the hiring of Sean Wolff as a Senior Vice President.
In this role, Sean will be responsible for sourcing and overseeing new development opportunities for High Street Residential (HSR), TCC’s residential subsidiary. He will report to Brad Maples, Managing Director and market leader for TCC Austin.

Sean Wolff joins HSR from Slate Real Estate Partners in Austin, where he quickly progressed to Managing Director. During his time there, he played an integral part in land acquisition, site and building design, permitting, financing, construction, and completion of 10 multifamily projects totaling approximately 3,000 units valued in excess of $700 million. He previously held positions at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF) and Oden Hughes.
