Construction is expected to begin during the first quarter of 2026.

High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company(TCC), has closed on approximately six acres of land and announced plans for a new multifamily development in Thousand Oaks, California. KTGY is the project’s architect of record.

The development, which is currently unnamed, will offer 328 rental units, including 44 units reserved for lower income households, along with 8,500 square feet of ground floor retail.

Located at 500 Thousand Oaks Boulevard, the community will feature numerous Class A amenities, including two pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and two pocket parks. Each unit will feature high-end finishes and spacious layouts. Residents will also benefit from proximity to Thousand Oaks’ high-quality employment and schools, as well as retail and dining options on Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

“Exceptionally located in the heart of Thousand Oaks, this project will offer residents unparalleled access to the best of Southern California living,” said Gabe Hungerford, Principal with HSR in Los Angeles. “Our project has been designed to provide both a sophisticated living experience for residents and a neighborhood-serving mixed-use addition to Thousand Oaks Boulevard. We look forward to continuing to work with the City of Thousand Oaks to realize the vision of this truly exceptional project.”
