Bela Flor Communities has completed the sale of Bella Encanta, a 212-unit build-to-rent (BTR) home community located in Mesa, Arizona. The property was acquired by a global institutional investor for $95.75 million, amounting to over $450,000 per unit.
Completed in 2023, Bella Encanta features spacious, duplex-style homes ranging from two to five bedrooms and between 1,234 and 2,337 square feet in size.
The community offers a range of resort-style amenities, including a swimming pool with two spas, poolside cabanas and a sundeck, barbecue grotto and a resident clubhouse with a fitness center featuring a climbing wall. Clubhouse features a demonstration kitchen and billiards table as well as a conference and meeting rooms with lounge areas.
