Soto Architecture & Urban Design is pleased to announce the official groundbreaking for The Residences at Milestone, a new market-rate multifamily residential community in Jessup, Maryland.
Developed in partnership with Varsity Investment Group and built by CBG Building Company, the project will feature two mid-rise buildings with 103 apartments, 79 three-bedroom townhomes and a 5,000+ square foot centrally located clubhouse with a swimming pool and other outdoor amenities, all designed with contemporary living and premium amenities in mind.
