RangeWater Real Estate, a fully integrated rental housing company with assets across the Sun Belt and Mountain West, announces the grand opening of Camino at BuHi in partnership with North America Sekisui House (NASH).

The grand opening ceremony was well attended, and honorary guests included the Mayor of Doraville, Joseph Geierman, council members Stephe Koontz and Carrie Armistead, representatives from NASH and RangeWater CEO Steven Shores.

“The opening of Camino is a proud moment for Doraville. This community brings high-quality housing to our city while delivering on the vision of our Comprehensive Plan,” says Doraville Mayor Joseph Geierman. “Projects like this show how thoughtful development can enhance livability, connect people to transit, and move Doraville forward.”

Camino at BuHi is the direct result of a successful partnership between the City of Doraville and RangeWater. The city council and staff played a crucial role in providing support and guidance, ensuring Camino enhances the high-quality rental housing option that both current and future residents of Doraville deserve. Camino at BuHi offers 303 apartment units and townhomes, marking the firm’s 26th development in the Atlanta area and the fourth project for its recently launched in-house construction company.

“Camino at BuHi represents the kind of intentional, community-focused development we strive for at RangeWater,” said Rob Sucher, Managing Director of Development at RangeWater Real Estate. “Our partnership with the City of Doraville has been instrumental in bringing this vision to life, reflecting the vibrant character of Buford Highway while delivering high-quality housing and meaningful connectivity. We’re proud to contribute to the city’s growth and look forward to seeing Camino become a part of its evolving story.”

Located at the intersection of Buford Highway and Jess Norman Way at 3712 Stewart Road, the community offers a diverse selection of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and townhomes, spanning from 474 to 1,411 square feet. These homes showcase contemporary features including quartz countertops, luxury vinyl tile flooring, stainless steel appliances, and smart home technology. Camino also features various amenities such as a dog park and spa, a resort-style pool courtyard, co-working offices with dedicated podcast recording space, an outdoor grilling station, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a rooftop lounge, and a private speakeasy.

Camino at BuHi is within walking distance of Doraville’s City Hall and the new Assembly Yards mega-project, which will be a progressive, adaptive reuse hub for art, technology, recreation, and commerce and serve as an epicenter to the immediate area. RangeWater is installing a new section of the Peachtree Creek Greenway trail that will serve as the front door for the community along Stewart Road. This segment is part of the City’s continued commitment to expanding the area’s network of trails and will offer future connectivity to City Hall and City Center as well as the Doraville MARTA station.

Buford Highway is a vibrant and diverse corridor that encapsulates Doraville’s rich multicultural fabric. Lined with a plethora of international eateries, markets, and shops, Buford Highway has become a hub where various communities converge to celebrate their respective cuisines, languages, and traditions.
