
ANF, a leading full-service construction and development firm, announces the completion of Phase One of Parks at Delray, a mixed-use community located at 2100 South Congress Avenue in Delray Beach, Florida.
Phase One includes 420 luxury rental units now leasing, with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments (ranging from 580 to 1,400 square feet) and three-bedroom townhomes (ranging from 1,670 to 1,770 square feet).
Residents enjoy resort-style amenities including a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, social lounge, and expansive green spaces.

When fully built, Parks at Delray will feature 747 multifamily units, and roughly 10% of the residential units will be designated as workforce housing to support local affordability goals.
The community is being developed by 13th Floor Investments and Key International, in partnership with CDS International Holdings and Wexford Capital. MSA Architects served as project architect, and ANF was the general contractor for the residential portion.
