The Simon | Anderson Multifamily Team at Kidder Mathews has successfully arranged the off-market sale of Anchor House Apartments, an 18-unit waterfront property located at 2714 Fairview Avenue East in Seattle’s Eastlake neighborhood.

Dylan Simon, Jerrid Anderson, Matt Laird, and Jack Shephard represented the seller, Casal Real Property, LLC. The buyer, Anchor House Apartments, LLC, acquired the property in an all-cash, non-contingent transaction, signaling a strong long-term investment strategy.

Positioned along the shores of Lake Union, Anchor House offers direct waterfront access and panoramic views. The property, built in 1970, presents significant value-add potential in a high-demand submarket, making it a desirable investment opportunity.

“This transaction reflects the continued strength of Seattle’s core multifamily market, especially for well-located assets with waterfront appeal,” said Anderson.
